1. Introduction and Acceptance

This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, even where ck5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck5's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ck5's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck5 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods will be communicated to players where practicable.

10. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

ck5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Upon termination, any genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck5 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
